If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the product.

Returns or exchanges may be accepted only for eligible items that are unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Approved returns or exchanges will be processed after inspection of the item.
